Greg Meadwell

Greg is a Partner within the Building Surveying/Consultancy team based in the Birmingham office and has in excess of 17 years’ experience.

Greg acts for a range of clients from private investors, occupiers, pension funds and property companies where his primary role as a building surveyor is preparing or defending dilapidations claims, building condition reports for pre-acquisition/disposal, defect investigation, design, specification and contract administration and party wall matters.

Greg joined Johnson Fellows in 2015 to strengthen the building surveying/consultancy team in its core areas of operation.
