Orbis has partnered with Johnson Fellows’ Industrial & Management departments over a number of years to deal with our rent reviews, lease renewals and relocations.  The Management Department act as our in-house property team providing excellent advice in respect of service charge issues, lease events and providing guidance to enable the implementation of our property strategy.
