Johnson Fellows

Winning feeling for Johnson Fellows

Chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows has got that winning feeling after securing the contract to manage the sub-let portfolio of one of the UK’s leading players in the gaming industry.

The Birmingham-based company is handling a portfolio of 20 properties situated across England, from Southampton in the south to Hull in the north, for Talarius.

Talarius operates around 180 gaming arcades under the Quicksilver brand and 10,000 stand-alone gaming machines. It is owned by Tatts Group – one of the biggest gaming companies in Australia.
Angela Meisterics, associate partner in the property management department at Johnson Fellows, announced the new contract.  She said: “This is a significant contract and one that we are delighted to have secured. We have a lot of experience in this sector through our longstanding relationship with Shipleys Amusements. We began working with Talarius when they acquired a number of Shipleys Amusements centres.

“Talarius continued the relationship and have now given us the opportunity to handle their sub-let portfolio which involves 20 stores. It is a great instruction for Johnson Fellows and we are excited at working alongside Talarius as it looks to expand its operations. We will be managing rents, service charge collection, lease renewal, full asset management and looking at further investment opportunities for the company.”
