JF has completed the sale of a prime investment property, occupied by national retailer The White Company, in Stratford Upon Avon.
The Grade II listed retail unit, situated at 23 Bridge Street right at the centre of the town, has been acquired by a private investor for an undisclosed sum, having been marketed for offers in the region of £1.6 million at a net initial yield of around 4.8%.
Producing a rent of £80,000 per annum, the building is occupied by luxury homeware, clothes and gifts specialist The White Company on a five-year lease. The ground floor and first floor sales space extends to 3,550 sq ft, with a further 1,080 sq ft of ancillary space.
