Lidl instruct JF at Merry Hill

Lidl have acquired a new store on the prime Merry Hill Retail Park alongside Merry Hill Shopping Centre in the heart of the West Midlands, with other neighbouring occupiers including B&M, Iceland, Matalan and The Range.

They will be occupying 22,000 sq ft in their new store which is planned to open early 2022 , and have instructed JF to let the adjoining surplus space – some 15,800 sq ft which is now being marketed on a new lease basis.
