IAS Awards 2015

Johnson Fellows Industrial Agency Team has been nominated for National Deal of the Year for the second time in 3 years by the Industrial Agents Society.

Mike Price acted for Enotria Wine Cellars in the acquisition of their new warehouse and Headquarter office.  The deal has been shortlisted due to the exceptional terms that were negotiated; including an incentive equivalent to 3 ½ years rent with the landlord providing a significant proportion of the sum in cash, the ability to sublet parts and ensuring that Enotria had no deposits secured against the premises.

The premises provided 106,910 sqft of new warehouse and 2 storey office accommodation at One Park Royal, Cumberland Avenue, Park Royal, London.

The Awards are due to be announced on Thursday 24 September 2015 at the Annual Awards Lunch at The London Marriott Hotel in London.
