Birmingham-based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows has strengthened its industrial agency team with the appointment of a new associate partner.
Helen Kendrick, who has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial property, will work alongside Mike Price to grow Johnson Fellows’ impressive industrial and logistics client base.
Helen has previously worked at some of Birmingham’s largest property consultancies including DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Fuller Peiser.
Helen joins the company from European Valuations, formerly known as BSV Associates, where she gained her RICS Registered Valuer status and was responsible for property instructions including acquisitions, disposals and valuations.
Her new role will include supporting major occupier, landlord and investment clients, such as Logicor, Dunedin and Graftongate.
Helen said: “Johnson Fellows has a reputation for delivering excellent results and it’s exciting to join the team at a time when it is growing and attracting new clients. I’m looking forward to helping to build upon its success.”
Mike Price, partner at Johnson Fellows, said: “We’re pleased to welcome such an experienced property professional as Helen to the team and look forward to working with her.
It is an exciting time for the industrial and warehouse sector not just in the West Midlands but across the country. Johnson Fellows is very well placed to provide our client base with first class advice, particularly in the multi-let industrial and urban logistics markets. We are determined to expand our client base within these sectors in the New Year and the arrival of Helen will contribute enormously to this objective.”
