Kevin Fielding

BSc MRICS

Kevin is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 34 years’ experience and is an Associate Partner in the Building Consultancy Team.

He has been working within both the commercial and residential sectors since 1987 and has gained a wealth of expertise and professionalism during his extensive years practising as a building surveyor.

His role in The Building Consultancy Team focuses on offering a full range of Building Surveying and Project Management services to various national and local organisations.

Other specialisms include; pre-acquisition building and condition surveys, building pathology reports, CAD design and specification writing, planning and building regulations approvals for refurbishment, new build, improvements, maintenance, adaptations, and repair projects, contract administration and project monitoring, Principal Designer, DDA and party walls matters, dilapidations, expert witness reports and feasibility studies.
