Nick is Senior Partner and Head of the Lease Advisory Department. He is a retail property specialist having acted across the country for the past 25 years.

Nick acts for a number of well-known retailers and private landlords, both in town and out of town of varying portfolio sizes in connection with their rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and acts as Expert Witness in various rent review and lease renewal disputes.

Nick is also on the Presidents Panel of Independent Experts & Arbitrators, sits on the First Tier Valuation Tribunal as an appointed Valuer Member under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice throughout the Midlands region and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
