Tim Ford

Tim is a Partner in the Lease Advisory Department based in the Birmingham office. He is a general practice surveyor with over 25 years experience across all property classes.

Tim acts for a mixture of occupiers and investor clients. His main role is negotiation of lease renewals, rent reviews and lease regears , but also has extensive experience of rating appeals and rates mitigation for clients.

Tim joined Johnson Fellows in 2017 having previously worked for major UK property consultancies in Birmingham and previously in Newcastle upon Tyne and London.
