Property Advice Day Begins New Era For Johnson Fellows

A new era will begin at leading Midlands-based chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows when it stages a property advice open day to celebrate the launch of its new branding and website.

The event, from 1pm to 6pm on Thursday, June 30th, will also mark the appointment of James Merrick as an equity partner in the company, joining existing equity partners Nick Wint, Andrew Rowson and Neil Wetherell.

Johnson Fellows, based in Charter House, 163 Newhall Street, in Birmingham, is inviting local business people to meet its team and discuss issues ranging from rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, rating, management, building surveys and other property-related issues. The company’s contemporary new branding and website will also be officially unveiled.

The free property advice day, the first to be staged by Johnson Fellows, could become a regular feature as the company strives to build strong business links with firms throughout Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
