Johnson Fellows have been a leading agency specialist since inception in 1984. We provide in-depth specialist services in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property across the UK.
We deal with retail agency on a nationwide basis, we have considerable experience particularly in the Midlands of advising on offices, industrial and distribution sectors achieving strong results for our clients, whether they be occupiers, investors, or developers.
Our retail team acts on behalf of numerous national and multiple retailers, institutional landlords and property companies through to independent regional traders. High street, retail park, shopping centre, drive-thru and standalone premises are all accommodated through our extensive national expertise.
Our strength is working closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, to fulfil their current and future property needs with a partner lead approach.
Chris is a Partner and Head of the Agency Department. He is a retail property specialist having acted nationally for in excess of 17 years.
Chris joined Johnson Fellows in October 2001 and acts for a number of well-known retailers and private landlords and developers, both in town, out of town and roadside. His primary activity is the sale, letting and acquisition of retail premises and sites across the country.
The Agency Team acts for a number of national occupiers and clients such as Lidl, Co-op, Tesco and Games Workshop.
