An upmarket nail boutique is being launched in Birmingham city centre, providing added polish for style conscious people.
Commercial property consultancy Johnson Fellows today announced that Noir Nails & Co has agreed a long-term lease on a 973 sq ft ground floor retail unit at 13 Cannon Street, just a short walk from Birmingham New Street, Snow Hill, and The Bullring shopping centre.
Richard Bache, agency partner at Johnson Felllows, acted on behalf of the landlord to secure the letting. Nearby businesses include Warhammer, McDonald’s and Greggs.
