Johnson Fellows is pleased to announce that it has been appointed to manage Wing Yip’s property portfolio.
Wing Yip is widely recognised as the UK’s leading Oriental grocer / distributor.
The core of the portfolio is their superstore / business centres in Birmingham , Manchester, Croydon and Cricklewood, which total 965,000 sq ft across 22 acres .
Overall the portfolio extends to 14 separate properties with over 100 tenancies.
The role includes full Property Management and Facilities Management services across all sites , and incorporates the operation of 9 separate service charge budgets.
